Track your order

After you pay, Stripe emails a receipt to the address you used at checkout. That message is your order confirmation and contains the reference we need.

We dispatch in 1–2 working days. Transit is typically 2–4 working days in the UK. Combined, most orders arrive 3–6 working days after purchase. Cut-off is 14:00 UK (Europe/London). Full times are on the shipping page.

When the courier collects the cylinder we email tracking if the carrier provides a number. If you have not had that yet, or a parcel looks late, send the form below to contact@frostlineuk.store or call 07347 949616.
